Hi,

I'm currently lvl 80 with this build. Insane damage output with just 13% spell's crit chance atm.

With 2k4 Life and 3k4 ES I survive quite well but getting trouble against bleeding effects.
I think tempest shield is a bit weak defensive spell I must try some others things let you guys know.
