You can go for it. However, if you're not playing in the new temporary leagues, but in the old HC, i.e. the HC version of Standard, I'm not sure if you'll be able to buy anything, as there's almost no players there, ever. In a new league a Lioneye's shield costs up to 5-10 chaos.

I see do new 4months leagues start today after the patch? I'm really just playing HC for the lvl90 achievement

I think we could drop mind drinker since the claw notable soul raker has the same leech. This would save you about 4 points.

Any ideas on where to throw those points?
