When there is going to be a guaranteed disruption, definitely. These are rare though.

Well, I advise you to stop playing,'cause the game on EU is unplayable.

try the US server. Seems to work for me, but e ready to use your macro command /oos each 5 seconds. Keep spamming it!!!!

US, AU, EU - all are unstable. :(
