Best items to Chance?

Was hoping someone could give me a list of items to spend my Chance Orbs on. I have no freaking clue what is worthwhile to attempt Chancing.

I'm actually only level 29 on my 'Main'. Had quit for a few years.

Why only in Anarchy portals? I'm not sure what thoae are but I will find out eventually.

Use your chance orbs on maps then. They are the easiest to hit uniques.

ilvl doesn't matter for chances.

" In general, when they introduced map-only uniques they removed chancing restriction to even out the field. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
