Can i blessed orb a unique?
" a Blessed Orb should change any implicit mod values, and a Divine should reroll any mods that have ranges. For example on this item a Blessed should modify the 21% Block and Stun Recovery, and a Divine should mutate the other mods, eg. possibly allow the Increased Item Quantity to hit 12%. Any mod on the Unique that is static should stay the same. |
