RIP Diablo franchise
RIP Bird Lovers of Wraeclast <BLÔW> Congrats Chris & others for cashing out! I don't blame you. I'll be saving money now... unless I start making a lot more. Can't wait to see if you guys start a new studio in six years! RIP GGG |

" If only, then I would have an amazing board prototyper. He's actually a board builder on the other side of the US that I know. Here's tonight's, which is another board design coming soon (I'll even say that this is a super lightweight mini speedboard): "088 Elephant Pygmy Design" ![]() |

That pygmy design is absolutely awesome.

" Glad you like it! I appreciate the comment. I'm actually a little ambivalent about it, but I like it enough to throw it out there, so it will be the default graphic for that particular board (with interchangeable colors). Here's tonight's illustration, which I did because one of my friends wanted to see me do a one-line drawing (longboards on my brain): "089 Longboard" ![]() |

Tonight's is another one-line drawing (because I like doing them):

Tonight's is yet another one-line drawing, this time of Friedrich Nietzsche (because my brain hurts from too much philosophy homework):
"091 Nietzsche" ![]() |

" What does not kill you, makes you stronger! best Nietzsche quote. Also, awesome art, I'm so jelly, I can copy anything put in front of me to a T but suck at original art for some reason :( 1337 21gn17ur3

" Thanks! To be honest, I was in your shoes right before I started this project. I've always been great at copying things by looking at them and creating collages but always struggled with coming up with original content off the top of my head. All it takes is practice and that sweet-spot mindset. I tend to use at least one reference photo per illustration to make sure I'm drawing arms, legs, the galaxy, monkey faces, and other important details correctly. It would be amazing to have a visual memory like a savant, but for we who are not savants, I think references are perfectly fair to use (as long as no tracing is involved). Hope you dig many illustrations to come! |
