Good for POE. People will try ESO, find that it sucks, and wonder if there is a better free to play game out there.

Yeah ESO had huge potential but it was a flop and I dont think it going free to play will have any impact on PoE

" Lol no, the fee has been removed for months fyi and it didn't have any effect on PoE. ESO is still bugged to hell even their EU server is still lagging and skills still cause the character to freeze(the attacking stops but you can still move and be hit), there are still some bugs from the beta present in the game...and it's just not that good. Usually MMO's remove their subscription and go cash shop when they start to do bad.

I bought it two days ago and played a bit. It's nice but we'll see for how long it can entertain me.
