@Geradon: Nope. There is a difference. But as every guy from germany who says "nothing is free here", you obviously know very little about your own country's laws. I call it the "pegida"-phenomenon. And it's nothing good.
The Sirus fight is a disgrace.

Where it is? The difference? Well, let us see:
If the government censors stuff, it is censorship. If a private person or a company (for example) pre-"censors" stuff it is no censorship. Quite easy. edit: with censorship i mean forbidden censorship that you as a private person can fight against in the interests of fundamental rights. And again: Telling people that if they do action A they will only get a 18+ tag, is NO censorship. It means "do what you want, but if you do so, count on us to make sure that no person will see your work that is not ready for it". We have hardcore-porn in germany, man. It is 18+, but if you are 18+ you can see it, buy it, rent it, and so on. IF it is not against a law. So where the fuck is the censorship? This is such a huge word. Use it with care! Or is the 18+ tag for whiskey in germany censorship to being drunk? No. It says: IF you are 18, you can get drunk with that booze. But before: no. You mix up index and 18+ it seems. And index still means: accessible. Only a few forbidden things are really banned. And for the good, i would say. Censorship means: We cut it out and you will never see it. Never. Ever. An 18+ tag means: Become 18, then watch it. Before? Watch the fucking 16+ stuff. NO censorship. I am out of words. Thought this is quite obvious. Very easy stuff. Even for law-stuff ;) The Sirus fight is a disgrace. Last edited by ghamadvar#7236 on Jun 11, 2015, 7:24:40 PM
