Summon skeles vs. Summon raging spirit

No, it's not '50% physical added as fire', it's '50% physical converted to fire'.

It will be a big improvement for skeletons, right now they only get half of the bonus. After the fix, they will scale percentage elemental as well as SRS and flat damage as they do now, 50% versus 70%, those numbers could probably be reversed.

Honestly, we can't compare dps output of these two skills, skeletons are corporeal which means they block each other and only a limited amount of them can attack an enemy at the time. I'm afraid the amount of damage needed to overcome that disadvantage would need to be too high so I can't see devs doing it.

Have you noticed skeletons in Elreon's missions using Reave? That could make them more attractive.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

Yes I know, I wasn't very clear sorry.

SRS base phys dps is 365, skeleton base phys DPS is 340. As far as I'm aware, Added Fire and Hatred are unaffected by damage effectiveness. Even with the 50% elemental damage removed from Summon Skeletons, SRS still benefits more from %Phys added as Element damage.

Edit: And even after accounting for Damage Effectiveness of SRS, they deal 20% more damage with Wrath and Anger than Summon Skeletons because of higher attack speed.

Yes, they are unaffected by damage effectiveness, it affects only flat damage. In live version skeletons have 'deals 50% less elemental damage' instead which does affect them, that's why I said it's an improvement for percentage scaling. Indeed, once Awakening goes live they will scale percentage elemental just as well as spirits or zombies.

I'm afraid it's more than 20% difference, it's 40% on damage effectiveness and 75% more on attack speed which means they gain 140% more from adding flat damage than skeletons do. I'm taking that as a clear sign they don't want adding flat damage to skeletons to work, so I'm happy we will at least be able to scale percentage properly, that's suppose to be the proper course of action for slow attackers anyway.
