So as long as there are a couple "specific races" that the offer "seems" to be good for, then it's okay for the Master to have that offer for everyone?
Although only in "those specific races" will anyone ever use them?

At least make the Masters' offers vary with League/race as appropriate.

Since these masters give a 20% over what you can get from a vendor, shouldn't this post be about how Clarissa, Yeena, and Nessa are the scammers for charging too much?

That would mean people have to think logical.

In the spirit of this game and it's players, I suggest GGG introduce the Marketeer Master, 'Slick', who at lvl 6 provides all scammy discounts, but at 30% reduced instead of 20%.

He'll have a lore speech titled 'Currency Rates' that will dialog as such:

"Hehe, you saw right, Exile. Dog eat dog world out there, ya know. One day some'n l'come along what will undercut meself too, an' can't blame 'em if'n they find the angle. Until then...just you come on down ta Slick's shop when ya desperate enough. I'll be waiting..."

And he should have the same voice as Hargan - or rather Hargan if he was doing his Batman voice. And has a lore speech titled 'Hargan', with dialog as such:

"Eh? Nah, never 'eard o im."

Not enough RNG. Random discount in [25..30] interval that changes each day would be much better suited.
