Thank you so much for implementing this...I have been asking for this kind of league often in the forums and I'm not sure if it was finally implemented because of my continuous posting regarding this idea but whatever the case, I can see myself having a lot of fun.

And how appropriate that the league starts the day after my birthday.

could we have an event that is just all mods all the time? that would be cool.

It's a damn shame we can't get the league specific items.
A damn shame.

How viable do you guys think summoner builds are for new leagues like this? I really want to make one but have a feeling it will be too hard or expensive to get the items and gems I will need.
