SKILL TO MAKE 2 HANDED SWORDS 1 HANDED

just to be clear what i said was only for 2h swords, may be axes not weapons so forget about dual wielding 2h spellcaster maces or staffs.

the only 2h sword i can remember that benefits spellcasters is queens decree but even 2 of those will hardly be OP.

if the posibility of an extra 6l and let me remark the word posibility since those arent easy to get is such a problem just add a third line say:

"items on the left arm become void" (can be socketed but cant be used)
