I experienced this playing bioshock long ago and while uncomfortable I did not actually get ill or panic. It might be more extreme for other people and their phobias, but in a game environment we should be expecting a to be challenged and I agree it should not be an "issue"

For people who don't know what trpophobia is "google image" it. You'll instantly slam your eye lids shut and feel like there are bugs crawling all over you once you see it. This feeling could last for a while after you seen an image that provokes this phobia.

I agree, people with trypophobia might not be able to actually play this game because they just can't stand looking at their screen. I find it very discomforting to looking at those mobs too, although there are much worse images on the internet that would make me freeze up.

Or not, I don't have trypophobia and I don't have a problem with those images. They're not super pretty but meh. I understand it can be a lot more disturbing for some people, but so are the spiders to anyone who is arachnophobic, and they're still a large part of the game monsters.

Nothing of what I've seen of the new content has made me uncomfortable. If I have a phobia it would be heights, feel really uncomfortable looking downwards from high places. I guess that's why I live at the 15th floor in the highest building in the neighbourhood. Go figure.
