The Vaal Orb implicit mods are just god awful
they are fine when you consider the OP ones everyone is going for.
+1 gems +1 Curse +1 power or endurance charge ele weakness on hit etc You have to have shit ones in there which you highlight to make proper risk reward. Git R Dun!

" I completely disagree with this assessment. Vaal orbs have there place and it has nothing to do with eternals. Guaranteeing a "rare affix" is *almost* (<---important) like saying exalts should guarantee you a good affix (based on Ilvl or something), which is ridiculous. This game has always been about RNG. And everyone seems to bitch until they get lucky... And getting lucky seems to happen to almost everyone at some point, and then they're dancing in the nude down the street. |

Yes, I know 'good' and 'bad' implicits need to exist, I said it in my post. I know this vaal orb system could be so much more then it is...and it bothers me. It's really lackluster right now...and some stuff just doesn't make sense. |

Vaal Orbs are anything but lacklustre, you clearly haven't been Vaal Orbing jeweller's strongboxes.
