Disabling the heralds visual effect (glowing hands)

I'd like to see a 'minimalist' mtx options available for all of the skill effects. The less flash, the better IMO.
Not so underdone that they're no longer visible, but at least toned down options for the more gaudy ones. (looking at YOU, Molten Shell) ;) |

Also going to throw my +1 in here for the ability to disable certain skill's visual effects at least client side. This is good for aesthetics and for certain skills which can bog down some computers. Maybe not as an MTX, but an option menu instead.
