Support will probably move this for you, but for the next time --> Bug Reports :-)

Also, when finding a bug please type /debug in the chat window for a reference numnber. Otherwise, it can't be recreated/checked out/eventually fixed.

Well it makes it harder/time consuming to debug without the reference number, not impossible. Also in this particular case the issue is very obviously behind the door you use the big key on near the end of Act 3 so it's simply a matter of checking each "tile" that contains that asset.
Computer specifications:
Windows 10 Pro x64 | AMD Ryzen 5800X3D | ASUS Crosshair VIII Hero (WiFi) Motherboard | 32GB 3600MHz RAM | MSI Geforce 1070Ti Gamer | Corsair AX 760watt PSU | Samsung 860 Pro 512GB SSD & Crucial MX 500 4TB SSD's
I tend to run into similar glitches quite often.
Especially floor tiles but also strong boxes and sometimes even mobs go "missing" or turn black.
Considering my crappy, six year old laptop I suspected it's some issue with my RAM or the video card.
However, these missing textures only started to occur about six months ago, everything was fine before...

That's a very old bug involving dynamic lights, when too many act on a location the locations textures will turn black. Typically moving away from the affected area and returning will resolve it. You were probably using a build that generated less dynamic lighting (Or played with such people) 6 months ago so the issue was less prevalent.

It's been an issue since at least March 2012 and is still an issue.
