If you have two accounts, do not trade anything valuable in between them. GGG fail. Account locked.

This really sucks OP, but to be honest, I'm wondering why would you be transferring stack of exalts (one inventory slot) to a new account... will you be doing some low-level crafting with it?
Don't get me wrong, but this does look suspicious. You might be as well selling accounts with 10 exalts on them. Create an account, lvl it up, trade 10 exalts, sell the account. If system would allow you to simply trade that kind of currency, just because you have same IP, doing what I've pointed out would never be detected.
Wait for GGG to resolve, and I'd say try to avoid such trades in the future.

Following your logic, u should get rid of anything valuable as it may be for sale. I was completely sure, that they cannot change email conected to your account. I'm on dynamic ip, but it's not so dynamic for some reason. It changes every few months instead of daily cycle. It may change in a minute or in like 2 months. I've decided to lvl up a new account upon losing access to email address connected to account that I'm using right now. It's as simple as that. I just didn't want those 10 exalts to be gone. 10 exalts on standard - it's like nothing. Like I said - following your logic you should get rid of any 5+ ex worth of item as it may potentially be sold to RMT. Sorry, but it doesn't make sense. It simply doesn't.

Well, they don't lock accounts for bannable offenses, they ban them. So I don't think you got locked because you triggered anti cheat software. What happens when you enter an unlock code? Or did you not try that?

I'm sorry to say that but more and more you sound like a lunatic. Clearly you have absolutely no idea what are you talking about. I can't log in, cause it says account locked, please contact support. When I visit this account using this website though it doesn't say 'on probabition' or 'banned' and yeah, it begins. It must have been something else than anti rmt check. Dude, I lvled up to 30 within 90 minutes, taking it slow. Then I simply passed 10 exalts worth pretty much nothing to it and couldn't log in anymore few hours after.
And have you contacted support with the email it likely gives you?

Becasue sure as shit they don't lock the account just for having mule accounts which they encourage you to use.

You would rather just go full hodor here and not do anything about it, even when support answer they'll tell you to email them.

Email support. Completely unresponsive. Upon asking for more human like replies, instead of copy pastes, all I got was even more ctrl+v. Nothing can be said, nothing can be done. Upon asking if anyone looked into my case already, more ctrl+v again saying same stuff over and over and over again. "Can't provide details' blah blah blah

"

Treat it as a warning. Do not repeat my mistake. I'm not sure what it is, but it looks like I should buy even more stash tabs to fill GGG pockets, no mules allowed here. /rant

What's up with some of you? Can't you understand what you read ? or was it just tldr and you've read only few randomly picked up sentences from my original post.
Defend them as much as you want, but this is exactly what happened.

account A (my 3 years old account)
account B (90 minutes old account sharing same IP as A)
account A trades 10 exalts to account B
account B gets locked few hours after
account A works just fine

Yeah, its exactly the same.
Okay, picture this...

I want to rob your account of all its wealth, and I have access to your computer physically or virtually.

I log in to your PC, maybe I have a backdoor trojan, or maybe I am your brother and saw your password.

I don't need your password, since you've saved your details on the login screen. If I did need it, I'm sure the keylogger I installed has captured it many times, but let's assume your account credentials aren't even an issue here.

Now I'm in your PC... do I open up my own personal account on my external IP address? No that would make my IP address suspicious... Should I get a completely not-suspicious VPN or botnet IP? Unlikely. I should make a new account from your IP address, with authentication details I control. Maybe it would be even faster if I had my leet spy laptop on the same network, so I wouldn't need to start two PoE clients on your computer.

Now what should GGG do when it detects me moving months/years worth of treasure onto a naked new account? They should know that since you're on the same IP address that you're the same person?

They'll investigate it and see, that's the best option, just be patient.
creating a second account for trading is a common practice, it enables you to trade from a second game instance while in a map and keeps your main accounts posting history free from "up" posts.

and it surely involves moving currency and items between both accounts.

my hard guess is your second account got flagged for rmt and is locked so they can investigate items in it. and it's a natural thing that they won't tell you anything while investigating. if you didn't do anything your account will surely be unlocked soon.

it sucks to be accused this way, especially if one didn't do anything but having patience is the only thing you can do.
spamming them with mails, even phone calls or forum posts will not help speeding the process up, it's likely the opposite.

Absolutely bro. Totally makes sense. All that effort for 10 Exalts. #value. Tin foil hat off please. But seriously – if you made 10 exalts within months, then you’re pretty bad at this game.

This must have been it like I already said. Anti rmt check, though it failed this time around. It's not like I spam them anywhere. I tried to call them twice but gave up fairly easy. As for emails only wrote a few (5-6), bu as soon as I realised I won't be getting any human-like replies I gave up as well. What annoys the hell out of me, is that not so long ago I saw rmt spam on trade chat in game for few hours from the exactly same account. Then I saw it again, next day. People like this get away with it, and I'm being almost instantly locked for 10 damn exalts. Such value, very wow. You may ask me - why won't you simply create a new account ? Answer is - becase I simply don't enjoy being robbed, and there is absolutely no guarantee that it wouldn't happen in future. This lack of transparency and the the fact that you don't even know for how long investigaion may last is what truly annoys me. 10 exalts can be easily made back up, but it just doesn't look good - how they apporach it and how you're being treated if it happens.
That's the only reason I'm posting this - so people can see what can potentially happen to you, so maybe some will think before trading anything like I did. It's day 4 - still nothing. I will be updating it each day for as long as I feel it's needed. Upon ending investigation I'm obviously gonna let it go.
