Increasing horisontal field of view in PoE

This does kinda make me want to bite the bullet and finally buy my 3rd monitor. But then i will need a 4th for non gaming/not having to alt-tab constantly. And I have nowhere to put the 4th =P

I am running in windowed mode when I do this. So windows just overlay if I hit a key, ya know? It's not terrible, but the game is very much not designed for this resolution. YOu can see the end of maps alot.

I would like it if they zoomed out, at least for a 4:3 aspect ratio. I know 4:3 monitors are pretty much dead now, but unfortunately I still have one, and the ability to zoom in would help and allow me to actually play full screen.

I did buy one especially for PoE! now playing on a 26inch 21:9 with 2560x1080 resolution :P

Triple monitor setup looks insane but as we can clearly see that there is a very noticeable fisheye effect at this stage.

So 21:9 is apparently the middle ground where you get more FoV than 16:9, can be used fullscreen on a single monitor, and not so much fisheye effect as with triple monitors.

You meant zoom out. Zoom in = get closer.
Well, if you have some $ you can just buy a new 21:9 monitor (24", although kinda small, cost < 200$ I believe) for game and use old one for displaying other stuff.

Started using this and can't go back to normal. This is so much better after you get used to it. Thanks!

I can turn my 1920*1200 monitor sideways, but have fun getting wallpaper in that size ....
