i try to connect EU.. but happens for all of them..

Describe anything that might have happened to cause this problem, like software updates or people moving furniture, etc. Any newly installed software? Also tell us any error message(s) you see.

After the first hop, there's no ping response. Try PingPlotter instead with "Packet Type: TCP (http etc)".
