Chober isn't about the Damage but what it does is that it boosts Melee and Minion-Gems, increases ManaPool, Adds health to the minions and good Skill-duration! (Dominated Minions last longer)

Putting Dominating Blow in the Chaber for example would give Dom Blow +2, since it's both a Melee and Minion Gem.

Combine with the Increased Duration it gives and the Minions last much longer.

There is a claw in Median XL there goes by the same name "Al Dhih" and javelin in MXL called "Storm Cloud" although the latter may be a coincidence, the claw obviously isn't.

Erqi,Lionseye,Kaoms,Shavronnes,Maligaros,Wakes,Eye of chayula,Dream frag,Astramantis,Carnage heart,Rainbowstride,Alpha howl

These are the must have uniques for most of the viable end game builds and i would like to see more of them.
Here's the thing guys. When talking about uniques being build-enabling and able to try new, interesting things...

What would you do with Storm Cloud? Seriously, what would you use it for? I'll tell you what: early game twink levelling. That is all it is good for. You can build around a facebreaker. You can build around Chober Chaber. You cannot build around Storm Cloud. By the time you reach even decently high levels, the damage output it provides is far outpace by a decent ele grove bow. Even if you have a hard-on for pure lightning damage, guess what: you can roll higher lightning damage on even a decent thicket. I guess I don't see the point in yet another twink bow.

is that still true with +ele damage from equipment/supports and taking the ASPD increase into consideration? you can't just consider the weapon on its own. Also how hard is it to get that perfect ele thicket bow.
