" Who the hell puts reduced item rarity on a unique?! Bloody amazing resists though. And this item drops right around when you really start to need them -- early act 2. If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.

Dual Wield Ground Slam only attacks with Main Hand...
...If you off hand this weapon, you get resists, and the AS Bonus without losing much DPS. |

this as an offhand +50% all resists and using double strike and groundslam with an awsome main weapon GG
