yes but you could just reduce the lvl of Blood Magic Gem to get back to 65%

I don't think the robe is, but the hammer is for sure.
I have an unhealthy amount of hours in Median and I immediately recognized that name.

actually brolaz finished his work here a long time ago :(

Roughly 1/2 his items have made it through but many are still coming due to lack of resources on the other end - ie making item models/lore and item pics
