On a related note, how does one get muted for spamming in trade chat?

" Hah. Reminds me when I got warned in global for saying, "Anyone want to buy rainbowstrides for 5 chaos"? I was told to not trade in global, which makes sense. I then told the GM that it's impossible to do anything in trade chat due to spam. He told me to report people who spam. Then I told him that would be a waste of time, because it not only wastes my time, but his time for having to mute everyone on trade chat. Either way, different games/game companies have different interpretations of what spam is. Some would consider a wall of text spam, which if they do, this was in fact spam. |
