Item quantity mod ?

Hi all I'm back to poe after a long break and I've heard that there's been some changes about item quantity since I last played, but I wasn't able to find what it is.
So I have a simple question, is it still possible to get item quantity mod on items (amulets, rings...etc) ? because I wasted like 300 orbs of alteration on an amulet, trying to get quantity , and I never saw it, even as a bad roll. So am I just unlucky or does item quantity mod is now removed from the game ? Thanks IGN : InfaM

No, it is no longer possible.
IIQ has been virtually removed from the game (with the exception of uniques with IIQ, map multiplicative IIQ, and party bonus IIQ). |

Some legacy IIQ rares are still available in Standard, there are cheap ones but a decent roll will set you back a bit.

Oh ok thank you for answers, that lead me to another question, does IIQ on rare legacy items still affect quantity ? or does quantity is now only affected by unique/maps and party IIQ ?

Yep, the mod still works as intended. Just can't be rolled/dropped on new gear any more.
But shhhhh, or we'll get a bunch of angry people in here debating legacy gear removal/keeping. == Officially Retired 27/02/2019 ==

I specifically didn't talk about Legacy because Legacy isn't an issue in the actual leagues.
