How do wand Templar actually hit things without accuracy nodes?

I've been wondering that. Do they get all their accuracy through gear?

yes, dex and accuracy through nodes.
but I get some dex early, you may want to respec later if you don't need them anymore. PoE forums ignore list script:

There's increase accuracy gem (Green gem) that gives +84 accuracy at level 1.

I know, but I've already planned a way-too-complicated link setup, even without the accu gem.
