Gear I dont know if you will read this, but if you get to sarn at 19 you are getting there too early. At lvl 21 in sarn you get 94% effective xp. At lvl 20, which should be the earliest u get there, you get ~74% effective xp. At level 19 when you got there you only recieve 47% effective xp. This is true for the zones leading up to vaal. You should look at all the zones you go to while progressing and see what is the minimum level you need to get good experience out of these zones.
