Item Database?

D2 had a support site called arrietsummet(or something along those lines). Is there something equal to this? A.K.A. a site, or section of this site that has a list of all the different items in the game? base whites and uniques?(blues and yellows would be too numerous to list with all diff combos). also a list of all skills would be cool as well.
i think this would be really helpful in trying to plan out gear for characters. hopefully there is a site like this already, but if not, i hope that someone is working on one :) **Edit:: i saw the base item and skill db on this site. anything for uniques? The uniques are player found. There is no list from GGG as they let them be discovered instead of announcing new releases.
