Wow looks like they took decent leveling uniques and moved them up a couple of tiers then did a search on the forum for "budget build" and instead of just nerfing those builds moved all their uniques up a few tiers as well.
Glad I saw this since I can now cross off all the items that were moved to T2 from my list of things to get. | |

I tracked a few uniques offered on xyz in Warbands. It seems the formatting got removed. The first number is the number for sale on 8/2 and the second is the number for sale on 8/21. The third is the change (unless the amount offered was >99). Anyway, again, this may not correlate well with the drop rate since it depends on people listing their drops. Also there are probably other rare uniques that I didn't track (e.g. league-specific uniques).
