Skin transferring Belt of the Deceiver doesn't transfer black particle effect

Yes, they do...this has been confirmed not a bug and intended behavior for the belt effects, pity people tend to skip the answers when they don't like them.

Well I have a BoR skinned onto an Alpha's and the blood bath came right along with it.. so it works for at least one item that I know of.

my taryn's shiver gives my staff a small ice effect after i skin transfer it. does it make sense for GGG to only have some uniques that change cosmetic effects? no.

they should really Fix this! they would earn money for it so why not ?
i would prolly skin transfer this for every new char i did in a new leauge/lld char!
