Maligaro's restraint belt

So the belt has a very nice effect when you wear it, but the belt itself kinda sucks.
I did a skin transfer and now the effect is gone. Is this normal or not ? IGN: RnJezusIsWithMe

This is normal. The effect of Maligaro's Restraint is not considered part of the skin.

This message made me sad aswell, this effect is too amazing to just store it on this item itself imho.
And to be honest, I dont understand the logic behind it. Lori's Lantern provides aswell a hidden MTX effect while skin transferred and it seems this isnt considered part of the skin aswell. Same seems to be with the Bringer of Rain with the raining blood effect. And another thing, is the effect of "Belt of the Deceiver" not considered part of the item? It should really transfert the look. Why else would you skin transfer a belt!
I guess it is not rare enough. It would have sold skin transfers for a lot of people. |
