How far are you into Act 3? I don't know if its accurate, but it seemed to me that enemies in the earlier maps of the act felt beefier in terms of HP than ones around Lunaris/Solaris/Docks.

Like I said, though, picking up those 3 nodes near your build giving +20% mana regen each in combination with Clarity certainly worked very well for me.

The reasons you're chugging, is because you're doing it wrong. The mechanic is telling you, that you need to optimize better. I can't make anything else of it since you're not really helping yourself by not posting your gear.

I don't know how to post gear on here, my skills are all still around there default mana cost, i don't use any reserve auras. Only skill with support gems and mana cost increase is split arrow but i rarely use it. The problem is mob HP increasing, Character attack speed increasing but damage lagging behind.

I went from destroying mobs in act 2 in 1-2 hits to needing to spam in act3 yet my dps has more than doubled. It's very noticeable moving from zone to zone and that's fine, i know the game is fairly hardcore. Builds/skills should scale with progression tho, Not leveling up skills or gems is backwards and just forces more skill spam and mana chugging due to spells not doing more dps.

If the answer to mana issues in any other ARPG was "don't level your skills as you level up" people would just scratch there head and say wtf.

You claimed earlier that an aura like Clarity would reserve about 95% of your mana, I just don't believe this to be true since it would mean you'd only have a little bit more than 60 mana at your current lvl of 30 something.

Until you post your gear though (like explained in the above post by Nuro), there's not much to advise you on further, other than your passives which other people have done already.
