General Discussion - Color Blindness friendly Colors - Forum

The programmers from what I can tell know what they are doing, and should have very little difficulty implementing something as easily as a checkbox that changes the colors of all reds / greens/ blues, or the graphic artists making an alternate skin for sockets, heck even using one of the old ones that had a different design for each color would help immensely, I am personally not color blind, but I have several friends that are, and I get tired of helping them :) Either way, This is not something that should be taking more than lets be liberal and say 6 months tops?!.. </rant> Well lets see, since i started the end of 2011 beginning of 2012 it's changed at least 3 times(possibly 4)...unfortunately for the colourblind they don't really focus on a thread or just keep silent...a thread like this only really pops up maybe ever half a year if you are lucky it gets maybe several pages then dies...so yes when they say they are working on it i'd say they are, dose it have top priority? fuck no it doesn't and it's not likely to be given the infrequent posting Ancestral Bond. I know its a long shot getting something like this in the game. But I really know how long it will take to put in something so small as a check box to change a graphic on the sockets so its I'm sure always going to get over looked. I just hope we can get more than a empty "its being worked on". I see a lot of that going on in a lot of games out there. I think it would have been better to get a "Its on the board but we have no idea when". Or even we have no plans.
