You don't think a ranged character with infinite teleport would be overpowered? I'm surprised bows even got a movement skill. Isn't that what all the movement speed nodes in ranger tree are for? I had just made a queen of the forest build to.

Pretty sure it has something to do with creating six million shadow clones drenching the screen with a bukkake of arrows and melting servers and CPUs with their massive quantity.

I dunno about blink arrow so much as I was a bit disappointed that the other one had a CD. Would have been awesome to be able to spam that and make a basic attack duplicate army bow summoner.
Like pop LMP on it, make three dupes per shot that fire three basic attack arrows but at double 30% less penalty, and get maybe 9 or so out at a time before the durations expire. That would have been a fun, albeit probably ineffective build ^-^ if the mechanics worked differently. Devolving Wilds
