They hired the guy who created PoB. I am pretty sure that this guy knows how to fix the tools tips and that he will do it eventually. Let's explore new playstyles - Play it your own way, not just like the others. Quality management is one of the most underrated success factors in every business... Otherwise it likely will never get done (and still may never get done), because of GGG's ridiculous insistence on a 3-month release cycle (and/or inability to hire enough devs to actually keep up with this schedule) (and/or insufficient competence to manage the necessary number of devs, since that is a discrete skill in itself). Theory-crafting was one of the major selling points back in the original closed/open beta days - arguably it still is. Think about how important the skill tree has been to PoE's brand. So many gameplay elements begging to be mix/max'd - if that's what you're into.
