Bleed effect is crappy without crit.
The real power of this axe is to scale cyclone clear speed like crazy by getting an insane amount of AoE. The axe gets like 11 melee range with master of the arena. Combine that with carcass jack, increased area of effect gem and amplify passive in templar tree for bloody huge cyclone radius. For try, for see, and for know.
