These tree changes... i look toward them always but it just amazes me how much unnecessary stuff is there around the tree (not to mention illogical).
Shitload of people saying RT needs a buff of any kind, and with almost to NO nerf to Crit (wow 10% multiplyer oh my god soooo nerfed) this shit with RT simply makes no sense.
These make no sense to me so please if someone could clarify?

It would make sense for resolute technique to ignore armor at least some of the time doing increased damage. These are precise attacks, it would be justified and would help equalize builds.

exactly. Opposite of vaal pact. Same as crit cluster is opposite of RT. i was being sarcastic or whatever

Vaal pact ought to have mana instant leeched as well as life to compensate for the nerf to pact. How fun would it be to keep AA up by leeching fast?
