These are the stats I have with Foe Bite and traditional CoE tree in 2.4 Patch.
Kinetic Blast for AOE Clearing Speed  Barrage for Sinlge Targeting With 9 projectiles (4 from GMP, 1 from Deadeye), my Barrage single target DPS is roughly 230k*9 = 2.07 million Tooltip DPS. If I have +2 Proj Enchantment on helm, my Barrage single target DPS will be 2.5 million Tooltip DPS.  IGN: Rayamn

EARTHQUAKE (Extremely invest in DOT from Voidheart)
EQ duration is 0.33s with Enchantment and support gems. My APS 2.98 is low enough to match with EQ duration. Earthquake - Melee phys - Rapid decay - Less duration - Added fire - IAOE  Earthquake - Melee phys - Rapid decay - Less duration - Added fire - Conc effect

Stats were screenshot in my hideout with flasks Tooltip crit chance is 62.57% with Crit strike gem. It will be 86% with Diamond flask, and 96% with Assassin Mark.
