At 200ex per gloves, 10ex per set, the gloves themselves pay for the average 20 runs needed to get them.
Then you get lots of high level maps, and a bunch of disfavour/vertex/splendour to sell.
I doubt it but even if you say 12 per set... you should still be winning 2 or 3ex per run minimum.
Unless you've got another way to do 8+ex per hour, I don't see how uber wouldn't be worth it (variance set aside but this should be a negligible aspect in the long run).
Regular atziri looks way more like a waste of time than uber.

Alright delray besides the fact that you probably are convinced your argument is BS and you just can't kill your pride, I want you to answer me a few questions:
1) If acuity was priced at 60-70 exalts, would that price be "worth it"? Whatever that means to you, forget about the basic laws of supply, demand, how much people are willing to pay, how useful it is, etc... forget all the arguments everyone else has presented to you. Just give me a yes or no answer, would that be "worth it"?
2) Where are you getting these numbers from lmfao? Look on standard poe.xyz.is, the lowest price is 100 ex, and if you've ever traded, you'd know people do that just to get offers and people to visit their shop. After that its 170 ex, which may be a bit cheap but its corrupted and prolly a desperate seller. The rest is 190+... don't delude yourself and act as if this thread has changed anything...
3) If you want to make an argument, or argue a point, please don't be a cocky, stuck up kid. I don't mean this as an ad-hominem remark, but really... all your responses have blatantly ignored what people say. You know, I made a stupid thread a little while back, I was complaining about how GGG censorship is excess. And I got attacked it that thread. And they told me to stop being a bitch. And after that came from a few people, you know what I did? I didn't keep responding with petty comments and giggling thinking I had made people angry... 4) What is your net worth, out of curiosity? Just your liquid currency + currency in valuable, popular uniques/rares? Really, your argument holds a much different perspective if you've never had more than 20 exalts, versus if you had linked an acuity of your own.
You are, as you are aware, not at all obligated to answer these questions (if you want to PM me thats cool too, I'm just genuinely curious), and the stuff I say in my sig holds... sometimes people are rough with me or you but its only to try to teach you otherwise, to not make foolish statements... seriously, I've seen people make arguments against widely exploited OP mechanics, and they have been praised for the good argument. But they also take criticism seriously :D.

All the ad personam stuff posted here aside (keep it coming lol): If you really need an anchor for the next wave of attacks at me directly rather than my argument about the item being without any doubt heavily overpriced:
I don't need Acuity, don't have a build that'd need one (back in the day, before atziri was in the game we managed to play vs reflect, somehow). Nor plan to have one on standard in the next 10 days that I am going to even spend in standard (standard being the location to which all the 200 ex overpriced acuities are bound forever, which makes their current price even more ridiculous). I wouldn't buy acuity on standard even if it costed a couple ex at this point since I simply have no need of them. I am not planning any top level characters at this point, much less any that'd need acuity. If you gave me a free pair, I'd put it in the guild stash. For me and my builds the most useful Atziri item is Vertex, and I've bought four of these during Rampage, at 1.5, 2, 3 and 5 ex. Didn't think I overpaid in any of these deals, I think it's still pretty darn cheap even at 5 ex actually. Funnily enough, if I recall right, I got one of them from I_NO? Or maybe only messaged him about one but he was offline? Can't remember. :-D
Never bought acuity, splendour nor disfavour (having found hegemony). Bought step (and sold back since it sucked imo, didn't fit my chars), and a big pile of doryanis, each at 20c-3ex. Was planning to buy catalyst (or two) but found a pledge, so used that instead.
If I sold all the good stuff I have slightly below average XYZ values to actually get it sold fast (which I won't do), including the 77/78 maps that are also terribly overpriced in standard, I'd probably have something around a few hundred ex at this point, whatever is left from domination and rampage leagues combined. With some sales and parting with some of the items I really enjoy having, I could afford your lousy 200 ex price, but I have no need to do so, nor consider this a smart investment. In general, I prefer to build from what I find, though I am far from self-found fanaticism.
