Item has no space for more mods

It's just barely over 250 pDPS... So going over what I see on poe.xyz... The thing is actually worth approximately a single exalt. Actually more given that it has 6 sockets, even if unlinked. (remember that most of the time you'd be looking at 200+ jeweler's to get that, and those together are worth about 1ex!) So, in the end, perhaps 1-2ex.

Granted, in the current sort of paradigm, the reason it's not worth more in spite of an overall impressive selection of affixes is simply that it has no bonus to crit. Crit is valued almost even outright more than the pDPS of an item.
