VictorDoom's 2h Staff Cycloner(Uber killer) [Updated 1.3]

I wasn't talking about acrobatics, I just used 97 points on the tree to test it and there is still enough room for acrobatics ;)

Hey, I was thinking about using your build in BL, do you think it's viable? What is your opinion on this staff?
Also, what do you think about using Daresso's Defiance as a chestpiece, since I can't afford a Kaom's? Is it better to just use a rare chest?

I think for BL the 2H RT variant makes more sense, the builds aren't that far away anyway
and you can use any chest you want... coil, belly, carcass, daressos... or just a rare one

Interested in trying this build, I have quite a few good pieces, Kaom's and some decent rares. However there is 1 issue, my staff. decent pdps but only base crit :(. How much damage do you think I could get? Should i just look for an Era or something? Thanks in advance.

that staff id good enough daressos is a good chest but id rather use a belly of the beast if you have one

Honestly i cant really tell ive invested a massive amount of currency in both, both can do anything youd want from a build, clear maps fast,kill atziri, do mf, do well in pvp etc. I prefered the 2h RT mara for a few personal reasons to be honest, i despised the knockback on crit from the staff crit char but the clear speed was better since it gets more dps, in pvp its not as good as 2h RT because if you get enfeebled and blinded the build has major problems but the knobckback on crit is nice in pvp.

Its really a matter of prefence

That staff is pretty good you can get to 25k on 5links i reckon with it btu if you have currency di aim for an era

with the current mirror fee for the lathi I'm still not sure ^^

I theory crafted a Crit Staff CI Build and Low Life Build, which would reach higher dps numbers, but would be less tanky I guess and for me dps isnt the point if you reach high enough numbers

Id stick to life and acrobatics you get much better defenses than being CI or low life

You can probably just buy a already mirror copy of it, or you can buy a copy of the gale song maelstrom staff, its cheaper to buy shit already mirrored rather than paying 80ex for fee

otherwise you could just buy a 6l hegemony's era its a pretty good staff and it also saves you the PCoC gem slot since you get a power charge on knockback so youll pretty much always be on power charges with cyclone, it also gives an extra power charge which means you can skip another one on tree

im lvl 83 using 70+ life on EVERY piece beside gloves and i´m far away from 7k hp (6k) also with a 430 pdps crit rolled staff and maligaros, hatred/herald of ash/haste aura and 5 link (cyc/bm/ce/crit/mpd) im at 14k tooltip dps

what am i doing wrong? :C

Well if you link your tree and gear that would help to see whats wrong, also you should replace critical damage with physical to lightning gem, it gives more dps

The new skill/support skill that gives 25% dmg reduction and uses endu charges for duration could be huge buff for this build?

Just expend some endu charges like every 10s to gain 25% mitigation to all dmg? Since staffs get endu charges on crit.
