No. And I would consider it a waste of a mod slot for ES recharge or something like that...

Flasks need to be reworked a bit IMO. It's such a good system that's slightly ballsed up by having no corruptability whatsoever. Have some % chance to .... mods, throw gain flasks charges on critical strikes as a implicit (or make it %chance to gain flask charges on crit strike), adds gain flasks charges on ... different monster status (eg. stun), have flasks that modify player damage on use. Having faster ES recharge or decrease ES delay would be just about ok but they have to be on use and in my mind might not even be that effective. The majority of ES users don't need life flasks so it's actually balanced as it is. Hybrids need something else...

If they can remove the concept of "Low Life" and call it "Near Death" forcing you to actually be low in all stats that act like "life", it would be great. For example:
IF (life < 10 or life < 35%)
AND (ES < 10 or ES < 35%), then, you are "Near Death".

The first condition is really for Chaos Inoculation users to be able to achieve "Near Death".
Second condition is to make sure that if you have no ES, you can still achieve "Near Death".

Of course, this will make all Chaos Inoculation + Eldritch Battery users automatically be in "Near Death" status. Not too much of an issue, since they would be the ultimate glass cannon.

Right now, really, "Low Life" is another easily achievable status, which I don't think was meant to be achieved easily.
I think the real problem is that you can't run ES as just ES.

You *have* to take either zealots oath or ghost reaver just to make it any kind of passable defensive option.

Imo, instead of flasks, what's really needed is some % ES regen nodes on the tree, at LEAST some 2-3% behind CI.

ES is just shit without additional mechanics once you get to maps because hey, 3 seconds is a freaking eternity to be without any form of ES regen.
As a summoner, that is not true. I am running Life/ES hybrid and I am not dying in maps often at all. I only got up to level 75 map (Necropolis) and also did Poorjoy's Asylum (level 71).

Mind over matter doesn't work with energy shield.
My Dual Totem CI character could really use something like this. There are times when you just can't avoid taking damage long enough for ES to recharge, like the Raging Spirits in Haku missions or the Lightning Totem boss in Olmec's Sanctum. You may get a shot at Vaal Discipline but it doesn't help for long if there is no way to get enough souls to recharge it.

I'd settle for a node behind Ancestral Bond that lets you get leech as if you were doing damage even when you don't.
