" Not really! You can't always use Vaal skills when you want/need because they drop your stacks when you enter another area even if it's a sub area! Happens a lot when you go to do a map boss that's in a room by it's self, sometimes there are adds to get your charges but sometimes there arent! |

A flask with " %faster start of ES recharge" mod on it won't be OP, looks useful and won't give ES unfair advantage over life, imo.

energy shield is not life , it is technically armor. so it makes no sense to have potions that treat es like life
