Is selling an account for CURRENCY allowed?

"You must keep all password and login information associated with your Member Account confidential and not disclose such information to any third party or allow a third party access to your Member Account without first obtaining Grinding Gear Games’ written consent."

found this in the tos, as far as i can read, you must obtain ggg's written consent in order to pass on your account to someone else, since "selling" the account for orbs ingame, would technically be giving access to YOUR account to a third party, it would require ggg's permission.

I wanted to give away my account once, but support told me it's not allowed due to the possibility of real money trade.

I believe this would be against the ToS (section 15), because you would be sharing your credentials.
