Is selling an account for CURRENCY allowed?

I know you can rush.
I know you can sell items. I think you can sell leveling services. Can you sell characters on an account? For ONLY IN GAME CURRENCY. Zero external transactions. Edit** This discussion came up because a friend of mine is selling his gear in Beyond off of his SRS character, not the account. (Doesn't want to lose micro trans). You cant transfer characters between accounts so you cant sell a single character from an account, though I have heard of people selling gear as a complete set before.

Well we were considering starting new accounts for one character for that exact reason.
Thus it would be possible. But clearly if it isn't allowed then forget that, we can just sell gear and rushes lol |

if you trade an account for game currency it is banable, the account is not a commodity to be exchanged for goods or services and is to remain in your control.

Lol, k, i got a good one, i get a bunch of ex somehow then say, hey wanna let me buy your account and play with your lvl 100 char? 1 week later, guy comes back and asks for his account back, even wants to give me more orbs. I tell him, too bad, i RMTed on it and it got banned, sry bro!
