Does PoE feel like work now that we have dailies?

Not even close.
Three dailies that take less than 10 minutes to complete is nothing. The only things dailies do is reset the vendor and give you more rep/deco points. This is nothing compared to dailies in games like World of Warcraft (Played from Classic - MOP roughly 3 months in or soo before leaving the game for good). Harvest sucks! But look at my decked out gear two weeks in! Labyrinth salt farm miner. "But my build diversity" , "Game is too hard!" - Meta drone playing the same 1-3 builds for years. If they bother you, don't do the dailies. I do them if I am logging in anyway. I don't do daily rotations either because I don't find them very fun.
I do wish the levels of the zones for dailies were higher though. That way it'd at least be content. "Danger is like jello, there's always room for more."

The game is free, the masters are optional. You claim you have em at lvl 8. You are done when you want to be done with them. If you want to QQ then go ahead but no one forces you to do anything.

" Good then that the masters content was mainly focused on the 3-month leagues and not permanent ones. Can't really blame GGG for introducing content that is badly adjusted to leagues they really don't consider to be the focus of their game. As long as they work well for the intended focus, GGG is doing a good job and I think they are. This message was delivered by GGG defence force.

If your perception is so easily effected to this degree, and you realize it, and yet cannot adjust to achieve a more desirable result, I suggest you start grinding the game of life and take a break from PoE.

" Well this already happened , did you notice how GGG changed the prices for crafting and chances of rolling certain mods on weapons in the middle of the temporary leagues ? If this doesn't ring a bell idk what else will . |

I am surprised and happy to discover that dailies provide some schedule and focus for my wife and me to play PoE. "Time for dailes," is the battle cry to run through some quick missions, then make a little progress in whatever Act we're in.
Without dailies, it was sometimes a little tough to motivate to log on and play together. So, I'm grateful. =^[.]^= =^[.]^= basic (happy/amused) cheetahmoticon: Whiskers/eye/tear-streak/nose/tear-streak/eye/

" Bullseye. Apart from that; free map from Zana everyday. What's not to love <3? "Imagining GGG as a cranky hormonal pregnant woman suddenly explains a lot." - CliveHowlitzer

The Zana daily is good because you're going to be mapping every day anyway. The only thing is she doesn't seem to scale very well. My Zana is only level 6 but I feel she should be giving higher level maps to do in both her daily and for sale, more proportionate to my level rather than hers.
The rest of the dailies are a chore. Dailies are the single most efficient master you get each day and therefor is required if you're interested in leveling your masters. A level 8 master is a pretty huge advantage so to say they're not required is a bit disingenuous. A player who chain farms masters gets access to meta crafting mods and daily unique items. Granted, if you're the top player in the game this isn't a big deal but what about the rest of us? |
