I wanna see some builds using this item. I honestly think it would be best on an acrobatics toon. But i may be wrong. Lets talk.

Good Skin Transfer.
Is worse than Crest of Perandus. The problem is it doesn't do anything special, except the Spell Block on low life, and why would you EVER attempt to use that? You're better off using a Crest of Perandus or a decent Rare. Participated in the working of the Dyadus Avatar of Fire Templar:

"No i mean courage. And i see it better than crest of perandus. That spell block on low life is a life saver. You don't literally go low life to use it but its there when you take significant damage. Couped up with phase acrobatics this shield has amazing potential. |

" Typically when you get low life, spells doesn't kill you. But elemental HITS does, together with Chaos Degen, or the new Unrighteous Fire Beyond Mobs. But hey, feel free to use it. I'm sorry if I don't understand how elemental attacks kill you when you have both block and spell block. can you explain how? degen effects have always been a counter to block - nothing beats resistance against that.
on Low Life, with Daresso's courage you gain the ability to block attacks but lose some +max res vs. Saffells, or you gain a free ammy and boot slot because you don't need Lazwhar/rainbows anymore. it's a bit of a narrow item considering that shields are the second largest source of ES, but if you have good gear, I can't see why not. I'd love to see a Daresso's Defiance discussion though. :P Better stay in the land of the damned, Exile. Here, even the very words are corrupted by Nightmare.

Daresso's Courage is one of those "not so unique" uniques.
It has overall pretty useful stats, but none of them is really build-enabling, and the shield falls back behind mediocre rares. *No life roll *Not too high defenses *couple of resists, can have that on rares, too *mediocre block *Low-life mechanic is just a gimmick *damage is nice, but not too high Compared to the build-enabling unique shields (iE Aegis, Phoenix, Saffell), Daresso's is just a "mediocre" rare that turned out to be brown. 3.5 build: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2299519

"Ehh life is less effective than it was before FM. And honestly i don't glorify life because 150 life opposed to completely ignoring a high damage spell in a tight spot. |

It's a nice shield to slap on your minions with Necro Aegis :)
Other than that, I don't think it's very good. Low life builds need the ES from shield and if you really want spell block you just get Lazhwar + Rathpith which is permanent with a slightly higher stat loss. |
