Zana timed missions
ADD AT LEAST double the time you get on all of her timed missions, unless your only intended goal with Zana is for expensive end-build and party players to be able to have anything better than a 50% found:success completion rate.
Her timed missions coupled with the (Usually) unforgiving RNG factor make most of her missions un-winnable for the casual, and even semi-serious player. About all I personally get out of Zana is one free map play. I gave up on giving a crap about finishing her timed missions weeks ago. They were just frustrating the hell out of me and making me angry. |

Timed missions that require you to kill a certain amount of monster in a bloody maze/dungeon maps are hands down retarded. Even the very best players in the game fail them. Whoever designed those missions clearly never played the game, and it's beyond me how those missions got pass QA.

Just want to add my 2 cents here.
The issue with missions that spawn with, almost impossible/entirely luck based, parameters is that it takes away the sense of accomplishment and progression. What I mean by this is that in order to get Zana to progress in levels I am actually just relying on the game to randomly generate fair maps. If the game randomly gives my a bunch of next to impossible map mods in a row I cannot progress Zana through no fault of my own. Then when I do get do-able map mods... I don't feel like I have achieving anything... The game is either randomly being nice or being a dick. I would prefer if the game progression was a little less gated by RNG when it came to masters. |

I just don't care anymore.
When i get a Zana mission that looks impossible, I try a bit, but when I see it won't work, I just play the map. Same with Vorici. "Keep at least one guard alive" or such. I just jump in an murder, then it's 50:50 if I get it done or not. As it will take literally "forever" to get to level 8, I don't mind if it takes "twice as long as forever". Especially since there's nothing too important waiting at Lvl8 for Zana or Vorici, as far as I'm concerned. 3.5 build: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2299519

I failed today 1 mission
-Kill all the corrupted mobs. /4-5min/courtyard -spent last 2 minutes searching for 3 mobs. I didnt find them But i cant complain who cares if you fail 1/100 missions zana = free maps |

I wouldn't mind it if they got hard... even got impossible. But the level 1 Zana quests shouldn't have timers. Period. I'd quit the game before I let someone carry me through them, and I don't expect that I'll ever be able to do them solo. So, to hell with Zana.
If you want this player to enjoy that aspect of your game... change it. |
