Crit multi or attack speed for final mod of godly bow?

Hmm that's weird. Is it possible for mods to switch places when you regal? I remember regaling when I had the flat phys first.

@Shogen. Yes you can get phys%+flat phys I believe. That's the old school way of crafting before masters and everything. I rolled a one mod magic and regal'd it. I believe the first mod was flat phys but I could be wrong... I don't know why I would regal a 139% mod
