Is Volls Dev mandatory for this build and if yes , how much does it benefit from using it ? I dont want to spend too much currency as i like the ideo of budget fakener builds (i played the death harps budget windripper version from mathils before and it was simply awesome)

" This is why Smashing_Strikes may be a good idea, if you get the charges easy and fast through there... you will in essence have a MUCH better setup than volls devotion and save huge amounts of EX. IT also means that you can get Accuracy, Global Crit and Global Multiplier on a good neck with more HP. It could be win win. Just depends on how fast you build up charges but I havent found anyone who has done this. I will do it tonight with my respec of my high levels toons. I have all items required so watch this space. " Voll's Devotion doubles you dps, more or less. You just need to get more max endurance charges though (with master reward and/or tree) Not mandatory, but the absolute best amulet for a Discharge user. " Heyho I just tested this.. it is not worth it.. Cause u can only gain 1 single endurance charge. your COC consume that single charge faster than u can gain a second charge.. and 4 points is a lot! and btw its like every 5-10 seconds u see this charge on your bar.. i tested this with the following gear: Last edited by equin#4124 on Jul 15, 2015, 5:57:26 PM

I absolutely LOVED this build when I played it before 2.0 hit. Now after watching the video of the Atziri run, I am a bit skeptical about my current gear set up being able to do Atziri with the same ease it did in 1.3, I would test it my self, but I currently only have 1 respec left (on a scion) which I do not want to use until I can switch to this as my "main" build. I'd really appreciate it if someone could take a look at my gear and tell me what I need to change.

PS: I do want to switch to a vagan dagger, but I'm sitting at 85% accuracy right now, not sure if its worth losing the 70% spell damage for it.. |

which is better to use? elemental weakness or assassins mark??
im usin ele weakness curse at the moment but im not sure cause everyone has a different opinion? |

Is it better to use assassins mark over elemental weakness if you have over 65% crit without charges?
i just cant figure out what is better... please help! also can anyone link their gear with full gem setups? i have like 8sockets without any useful gems (im using crap like vaal skeletons, vaal righteous fire with life leech, etc) |
