2.3 Fakener (budget fake Mjölner) build - Trickster Version

Dual curse is working great for me.
If I have a Voll's Devotion, which bandit should I help in Merciless? Should I try to balance Endurance and Power Charges or go for max Power Charges?

I'd suggest Power Charges because you get increased crit chance from it.
So I just switched over to CoC discharge, but have a few (probably dumb) questions:
1: Why BM + blade vortex and have blade vortex in volls?
2: How does EE work? I thought we should avoid any elemental damage but I see we have added fire on amulet.

Edit:
3: How do you deal with RF? Does LL really pull that much health? The drain is crazy.
4: What do you recommend putting on jewels?

1) I didnt use my self cast BV much. The idea is to get BV going before jumping into a pack for super fast charge generation time. It helps but in practice it makes the gameplay feel clunky.

2) The way EE works is when you deal dmg of a certain element it raises that resistance by +50% while dropping whatever resist you did not hit with -50%. So the idea is cold (optimal) or fire on your attack so that cyclone applies EE therefore. Cyclone hits, EE applies, +50 cold -50% fire/light, CoC, goes off and Discharge hits, upping resists for light and fire. Then your cyclone hits again and the cycle continues forever.

3) RF is a boss nuke. With Vaal Pact you should be able to out leech the degen. It's very sketchy though. Use with caution. I sometimes use blood rage insstead. The added attack speed is nice. Degen is a lot easier to deal with. Blood Pact can kill you though unlike RF that stops at 1HP so care.

4) Light Damage/Spell Dmg/global crit, melee crit, spell crit, spell multi, life, attack speed. Currently since im poor i mainly just have 16%light dmg and +5% attack speed jewels.

Where do you get endurance charges from in this build? I don't see anything that generates them.

Either Voll's Devotion (expensive amulet) or Blasphemy + Warlord's Mark.
Kinda late but I finally got mine on TSC from brittle emperor but it ended up rolling fire :( would kill for the light leech version obv. It's like an extra 10 exalts for that one vs base price.

Don't forget that COLD TO SPELL is the best, ur Blade Vortex is a spell with bigger AoE and hit ratio than cycclone

FatherFakener (Trickster Fakener CI)
Severne_I (LowLife Fakener)
Severne_II (Inquisitor Crit Life Storm Caller)
MCLMXXXVIII (Champion Oro's Flicker)
